OUR MISSION:
To share the LOVE of Jesus Christ and the Good News of the HOPE He brings by providing compassionate and quality healthcare to the working, uninsured and underserved in Laurens County, GA.
The J.O.Y. Health Clinics - MEDICAL | DENTAL | VISION are staffed with volunteer physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, optometrists, pastors/Christians as well as administrative staff. Local restaurants and individuals provide a meal each week for the volunteers. Most volunteers come to the clinic after working all day. We strive to see God's heart, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus through providing free medical, dental and vision care to those who can't afford health insurance. Chronic medications and limited labs are also provided to patients at no charge. Our focus is chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma and thyroid conditions. Without the proper treatment and ongoing medication - our patients would become very ill and use emrgency rooms to seek healthcare. We become our patients medical home, they're taken care of here just as they would be in a regular physicians' office. The JOY Health Clinics become they're Medical Home.
